Registration Fees

Trainees: $425* Trainees include graduate students, postdocs, and research assistants.

Regular: $850* Regular registration is for faculty, principle investigators or industry researchers with full time positions and terminal degrees (PhD, MD).

Registration fees include full access to the meeting activities including a welcome reception with refreshments on June 4th; breakfast and coffee breaks (with snacks) on June 5, 6, and 7; and refreshments and snacks during the poster sessions on June 5 and 6.

*Note that our payment partner charges a 2.5% processing fee for credit card transactions and these fees are included in the cost when you submit your payment. If you would like to avoid this fee, you can email us for instructions to send a check to Boston College who is managing the finances for this event.
