Boston, MA

Boston is a bustling, fun, and safe city, and we are so excited to welcome you!

The conference will be held at the Colonnade Hotel in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. The hotel is conveniently located across from the iconic Prudential Center, and is an easy walk to the Boston Public Library, dozens of shops and restaurants, and the historic South End neighborhood. Oh, and did we mention there’s a rooftop pool?

Getting here:

By plane, fly into Logan International Airport, which offers a free shuttle to the T (Boston’s public transit system—take the Blue Line to Government Center and switch to a Heath St-bound Green E train to Prudential, which will drop you off right in front of the Colonnade). If you’d prefer a more direct trip downtown, Logan is also home to a vibrant Uber/Lyft scene.

Folks in the Northeast corridor may prefer to travel by rail. All northbound Amtrak trains stop at Back Bay Station, which is a 10-min walk from the Colonnade and usually has a few taxis waiting out front.

Driving in Boston is a literal nightmare and we do not recommend it, but if you must, there are several outrageously priced parking garages close to the Colonnade.

Lodging: Attendees can book rooms (King or two double beds) at a special meeting rate of $349/night plus fees at the Colonnade, where all meeting activities will take place. To reserve a room at the special rate, use this link or the button below. In addition to the room block, there are plenty of other nearby hotels and Airbnbs that would be an easy walk to the Colonnade.
